Long story short, in March of last year I was coerced and manipulated into going into debt and signing a contract with a business coaching company that would help me build a life coaching business. After 6 months of doing their strategies I became burned out and made the very tough decision to leave the program.

I asked for a refund on the remainder of the program (6 months) but was denied.

This company has a very weak moral compass and questionable values. Their contract also has many illegalities that write out the rights of the consumer.

I have sought legal advice, some paid and some free, and believe I have a strong case to take them to the tribunal and win.

I am wanting to raise $550 to pay for a lawyer to send them a letter on my behalf requesting I am refunded the$9750 dollars, being half of my course fees as of date of termination.

I have blacked out any identifiers from the email from my lawyer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
