The current problem of bandwidth greatly affected new comers specialy for those who do have small power steem.

The briliant solution from @mahdiyari to deligate some power based on good steem performace was welcomed by the new enterants. One of them which to say "a millionthanks" is me. Lets keep on helping the steem community to be stronger and stronger no matter what persistance problem exists.
