SPAM FRIED RICE!

I wanted to experiment on asian-inspired dishes too and since we have SPAM at home because of my girlfriend who is addicted to it, I thought of making Spam fried rice. I tried it on the regular spam and the Lite but I prefer the regular one because it has more of the salty taste. I added mushrooms and carrots but you can also cook it with green peas and egg. I also had some pickled cucumber and tomato. That's it basically, you can eat it as is and don't need other food with it. Let me know if you tried this!
