Cooking From Scratch: Homemade Scapple
When I was a kid and it was hog butchering time, Grandpa always said "Use everything but the squeal." Well, scrapple is one way to do that. Now, I make it from really good pork, though. If you like scrapple, this recipe is a keeper.
