Why Is It Hard to Talk about OCD

Hello Randi, the intrusive thoughts are damn tiring, stressful. I know what it feels like: an episode of compulsive swallowing several years ago was a very difficult period. I hope someday you would be able to put all these behind you--become OCD free.
