The kidney

Hello fams!!
Today am going to write a few things I learnt about the kidney today
The kidney do several important jobs which helps to keep your body working well.
And some of the jobs are;
-They balance the volume of fluids in the body
-They can change blood pressure
-They help to produce vitamin D
However when we care for the kidney poorly,it can cause a wide and large range of health problems
So please let's know how we care for the kidney,so we won't regret.
