All in my mind
Sometimes I retreat deep into my mind
Feels like the safest place to be
Running away from myself and my worries
A place where I seem to be free
Even if for a short while
It's quite enough for me
The world around me feels scary
So it becomes my very own escape pod
At times I doubt myself and what I can become
Feels too much pressure on me
But in there I can dream of anything
Imagine what I want, it's amazing
If I could bring my thoughts to reality
I'd definitely feel much better
