Invest in steem?!

Hello People!!!

 It is now over a month that the steem on the daily chart remains under EMA 20 and RSI remains below 30, from technical analysis using only these 2 indicators I would say that there could be a short trend reversal, according to you is a good time to invest? ... and if there should be this brief inversion how long will it last? whereas steemit is not widespread and currently and investors do not seem so attracted to it, perhaps because of a lack of ideas.
