Life, in many waysis a balancing act walking a tightrope and constantly juggling between work, home, money, health, and relationships. In a bid to accomplish our goals and to succeed on all fronts we often fail to understand the importance of having a balance in our life. Great post @dennischroeder sir.

I know, it's called The Flower of Life which is the name of a geometric figure composed of seven or more evenly spaced and superimposed circles. This figure, used as a decorative motif from time immemorial, forms a pattern similar to a flower with the symmetrical structure of a hexagon. The perfect form, proportion and harmony of the Flower of Life have been known by countless philosophers, architects and artists around the world. The flower of life is a geometrical shape composed of multiple even spaced & overlapping circles arranged in a flower like pattern with 6 fold symmetry like a hexagon. There are groups of people all over the world who derive particular beliefs and forms of meditation based at least in part on the Flower of Life. Pretty awesome post.

The balance in life, just like a bike that will not go well if the rider can not balance his bike, the consequence falls.

Not much different in life.

All are required to be balanced and not excessive. Eating and drinking is recommended not excessive, sleep is recommended not excessive, exercise also should not be excessive. According to the needs of man himself.

I think time is the key to life balance.

We can make a plan with concrete media instead of plotting on the head.

So, therefore, balance the time to balance life.

Undoubtedly, this strategy will help in dividing the time systematically to create an optimal life balance.

Maintaining a balance between work and personal life is a big challenge.

We must set the time so that no side of life is sacrificed. In the midst of a heavier life, dividing time between work, family, friends, and time for self-actualization is not easy.

If you can not divide the time well, one can be vulnerable to stress, unhappiness, and even decreased productivity.

I think that it's just about balance, keeping myself centered, and being happy and healthy.

I have a feeling of complete balance. The sea, the house, the loneliness, the light. Everything is clearer. Much more precise. I have the feeling that I am living on a limit, and I'm crossing that limit sometimes.

You need a balance in life. You just cannot be all the time on an adrenalin peak. You need to recharge.
