Crazy Strawberry

INGREDIENTS

quarter cup balsamic vinegar
two tablespoons white sugar
one teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
two pints fresh strawberries
one (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate

DIRECTIONS

Combine balsamic vinegar, sugar, and black pepper together in a bowl. Add strawberries and mix to coat; marinate in refrigerator till chilled, about ten minutes. Grate chocolate over top to decorate.
