US Navy ship? Rammed?

Ok, last week it was reported a US Navy ship was rammed by a cargo ship!
This happen somewhere out side of Japan... still under investigation?

How can a US Navy ship get rammed in the ocean, with all its radar and satellite systems!!

Something smells!!

It's pretty bad what the govt covers up! It is getting real old!!!
