Where to retire???

Looking to retire in roughly 10 year, hopefully in less :)

Going to start traveling to places I may at least part time spend my retirement .

Thinking of 🇵🇦 Panama, Costa Rico, Columbia, Chile.
Places that don't take 8-12 hour flight from US....
