Smartphones a permanent handcuffs (हथकड़ी).....

I usually wake up around 4:30 AM in the morning and i don't care where i am,how was my night,did i sleep well or not, but the only thing i need to find where is my heart or i say where is my phone i know many of you do the same ...
In 1970s a man invented a really helpful device through which we can talk to any one around the world his intentions are good really good..
But, in 1990s a man invented a smartphone with great intention to help the human, a device which work as human wants,but he is not aware with the future how his invention make human his SLAVE(गुलाम) ...
According to a survey about one in every four users now spend more than 7 hours every day on their smartphone😐 one of them is me...
Is their any survey which tells us how to use less mobile phone ,

It's not unknown now that our generation and all others coming now, are completely addicted to our cellphones.
Also, I believe only we can change this culture because we are the only generation who have spend our childhood without cellphones and now we are addicted to it, so that we have seen both the sides.
