We have the ability to command our mind and body to think and feel the way our soul desires.
So in using this understanding, we can not only nourish our bodies with Water, Energy-Boosting Foods and Drinks, we can place commands /affirmations to way we think about our feelings.

And in making a conscious choice when remembering each day I am feeling Energetic, Like an Eagle!, Optimistic!, Abundant, Blessed!, Hungry! (lol) and Excited for the future!.
