AOSTA and its beautiful "Emile Chanoux square"
A beautiful square (Piazza Emile Chanoux) of Aosta. E' a forma di rettangolo e ha i lati lunghi esposti a sud e a nord. La piazza un tempo si chiamava piazza Carlo Alberto. Ora è intitolata al martire della Resistenza valdostana Émile Chanoux, trucidato dai nazifascisti nel 1944.
