Getting Back into Hiking [ENG-ESP]

After not walking for a long time, I ended up pretty tired today, but I didn’t stop for a single moment along the way, and that alone makes me pretty happy. Getting back into walking was something I’d wanted to do for a while, since it’s been over a month since I took a break from all my exercise. Now that I’ve started again, I wanted to share this day with you through these photos. I hope that, unlike me, you’ll maintain a more active and healthy lifestyle.

Después de mucho tiempo sin caminar hoy terminé bastante cansada, pero en el camino no me detuve ni un momento y ya con eso soy bastante feliz, empezar a volver a caminar era algo que quería hacer desde hace tiempo ya que tengo como más de un mes de haber pausado todos mis ejercicios, ahora que comencé de nuevo quide compartir este día con ustedes a través de estas imágenes, espero que ustedes a diferencia de mi wi mantengas una vida más activa y saludable
