Leadership - You don't need to be the BOSS to be a success.
Hi Dtube and Steemers,
In this video I cover "Leadership" within business and life in general.
There is a lot of discussion these days about the importance of Leadership if you want to get ahead in life.
And this leaves a number of people feeling stressed and disillusioned that they are not currently the Leader, (and many people don't feel particularly comfortable in that sort of role).
So does that make you a failure in life?
