Cable Marvel Legends

Today marks the birth anniversary of one of my best friends, who died during the pandemic in 2021.

Incidentally, I acquired this figure today, which was one of my friend's most favorite X-Men characters. I have always associated this character with him, especially since he was the one who introduced Cable to me.

My friend was always more interested in and knowledgeable of the Marvel universe, while I was more into the DC multiverse. He always of thought of DC characters as cheesy, and held Marvel in a much higher regard.

When my friend first told me the story of Cable, I have already stopped reading comics, long before this character was first introduced.

It is an honor to have this little piece of his favorite on his birthday, and I will remember him whenever I see this collectible on my shelf.

While many of our comrades have come and gone, we are still here. For this, I am glad to be Alive and Thriving!
