How's ready to teach a newbie

Generally speaking and not stereotyping the whole ish, I was wishing some1 can point me in the right direction on how to make money on steamit, but so it seems all you steemians are just silent about it

I wish you guys can just make it a habit of following newbies and making them familiar with steemit and not just abandoning them to their fate on steemit.
