Reason why some companies are on the wrong Path

Today, half of all companies in Nigeria are so-called zero companies, that is, companies that do not earn any money, or go with marginal gain or loss. The fact that a company is on the wrong path can be due to several different things, personally i believes: the business idea is wrong or that you have too many employees in relation to what you do, for example.

Turning a business is not only a job for an external resource, it also requires that employees themselves are involved in the process and believe in a positive change.
