Resting While the World Marries

I no longer believe that marriage lasts. I am sorry that I cannot accompany you in your most intimate moment in your life. Attending a wedding ceremony is traumatic for me. And besides, I also have to prioritize my own well-being. Attending your wedding would certainly please you, but it would be exhausting for me to see an unwanted couple. And besides, my budget is tight right now. Instead of exhausting myself for five hours, I prefer to take a rest. Nevertheless, even though I still believe that marriage is a divine institution and God intends it to be permanent for life, however, in the stubbornness of the human heart, it is determined to destroy this basic foundation necessary for a moral social order.
