Huh unbelievable and I feel hmpf well the internet is also losing its mind over this news. Donald Trump reported a jaw dropping $1.4 billion in income from his family's cryptocurrency ventures Hmmm anyway I just had to doodle this new comic panel wishing that I should have made some 😞

Bringing the Billion-Dollar Vibe to Life

I wanted to capture that absolute on top of the world energy of making a massive financial gains. Here is a breakdown of how this doodle came together:

• The Money Eyes: I gave Trump giant cartoon dollar sign eyes because nothing shows a massive financial win quite like that classic look
• The Crypto Stash: Down in the corner, I sketched a literal mountain of shiny gold bars and chunky Bitcoin tokens to show where all that new wealth is.
• The Background news: I included a little background character with a newspaper headline reading "TRUMP PROFITS $1.4 B!"
• Hand-Lettered Irony: I hand-lettered the main text right at the top: "BEST INVESTMENT EVER. WHO NEEDS TARIFFS WHEN U GOT BLOCKCHAIN". Integrating the text directly into the clean, flat line art is my absolute favorite way to deliver a quick punchline.
  How I wish I made some grains for myself too. Anyway...enough of wishful thinking,Sketching out these current events is a great way to keep me hype and running, and a giant headline like this is perfect material for a quick cartoon.
