Holiday advice needed

Hello everyone,

I´m thinking about going to Nicaragua, Honduras and Belize in the recent future. I would love to do some diving, see wildlife, enjoy the beautiful nature, get to know the culture and feast on the local food. Basically I just want ot enjoy life.
So i was wondering if anyone here has some advice, storys to share or lives there and knows all the hidden gems.
