Mushroom Soup Recipe
A simple type of soup where a basic roux is thinned with cream or milk and then mushrooms. The Mushroom soup is delicious
Ingredients
1- Mushroom slices

2- 3 tablespoons flour
3- Salt + white or black pepper
4- chicken broth extract Cube
5- 4 cups of liquid milk
6- 1 onion if you like
The way:

Shake the onions on the fire.

Add the mushrooms and add the parsley, chicken broth extract Cube and flour .

pour the milk and mix with the spoon until the flour dissolves and boil on the fire until it weighs slightly .......
