If it's 20 or less the number will be 21.<br/>The chosen card will be selected by three random numbers from 0 to the total amount of playing cards will be added to each other and if it exceeds the number of the total deck it will subtract the total amount until it reaches the numbers between 1 and the total amount of the deck.
