I am alive day 20

I am happy and grateful that I am alive and growing day by day in a better way with more confidence and more strength.
Changing little things in your life make a huge difference.
From last few days, I have started to skip my dinner and have salad instead. It feels so good and also I love to have beetroot like anytime of the day I can have it.
