Vitamin D or Depression?
I used to be depressed for a while I started both Vitamin D pills as the area in which I live lacks sunlight (Mid-Ohio Valley) and I started Prozac (Anti-Depressant)
I recently stopped taking my Prozac as it was giving me constant headaches but I feel great. My counselor told Vitamin D deficiency can lead to signs of depression and when I started taking Vitamin D I felt immediately better. So my question is to you do you think that kids these days are truly or Vitamin D deficient?

Vitamin A, D, E, K or all Fat soluble. Meaning it requires Fat to unlock its ability. It is more potent when taken with Fat.
Anything over 5,000 I.U. is the therapeutic dosages.
If you are already slightly overweight, it will help you burn away fat so you don't need to take it with FAT.
Try taking it at night and you will sleep better. You may feel warm though.
