Dip de limón
Ingredientes
El zumo de 4 limones.
4 cdas. de miel.
250 g de yogurt griego.
Rayadura de limón.
Preparación
Primero mezclamos el zumo de limón con la miel hasta conseguir una solución homogénea.
Luego añadimos, poco a poco y sin dejar de batir, el yogurt a la mezcla de limón y miel.
Así, Vertimos en pequeños recipientes la mezcla, decoramos con ralladura de limón.
Por ultimo, metemos en el refrigerador durante 1 hora.
