My Actifit Report Card: January 30 2022
Walked up the estate and down to the local shopping centre. Had a coffee in Nero’s. Then had a walk round the centre. Picked up some shopping then walked to my sons house for a visit. Stayed a couple of hours before walking home. Weather was sunny with a freezing wind.
