En las Barras Rusas, dos hombres sostienen en sus hombros una barra de cinco centímetros de ancho, mientras que un tercero rebota en ella. En la Base Coreana, dos hombres están atados a la plataforma, y toman a una mujer por sus manos para hacerla revotar y girar de uno al otro.
