Breadfruit
Breadfruit is originated from Malay Peninsula and western Pacific Islands.It is now being planted in all tropical region widely.It is closely related to Jackfruit.When it is roasted, baked, fried or boiled then the taste is like bread.It is a good source of complex carbohydrates and fiber.It is also a rich source of Vitamin C , Vitamin B and minerals.
