Bitcoin drop down. Is BTC finished?

Something to think about BTC/Bitcoin:
2011 draw down from $32 to$2 between June and November (94%)
2012 draw down from $7 to$4 only in June (36%)
2013 draw down from $266 to$54 in April (80%)
2017 draw down from $5000 to$2972 in september ( 40%)
2017 December - 2018 draw down from $19086 to February 6th$ 6874 ( 64%)

All the time Bitcoin came back and started topping higher than before. Why not this time?
