Hoy 18/06/2019 en Maracaibo Venezuela estabo Zulia se dio a conocer formación espectacular de un circulo alrededor del Sol.

En horas de la tarde a las 1.00pm se presento un fenómeno producido por partículas de aguan o hielo que con el reflejo del Sol se forma un Arcoíris pero en este caso particular se formo un circulo según el reflejo del Sol.
