It's so amazing to be in this community and to be part of this contest because it's actually making one think outside the box , calculating, always so educating.
I will rather go the "buy everything ready and fast"
With the following reasons
1 . Though it's expensive looking at the calculation of what I will spend on the first option, you will spend much more when it comes to repairs, and if you check the equivalent of the second it's almost the same price at the end of the day.
wasted time
You have wasted time, They time I would have used for other things , you will need labourar to probably break some parts of the house to erect some structures to your taste and you have also
spend resources
So I will rather buy that which is expensive but small and comfortable, ready and Fast.
Looking at the Labourar I will employ, they will charge me based on the number of days it takes them to do the job, and some person's or Labourar may naturally will be wicked, in the aspect of delaying the job in other to gain more money from me than the normal number in of days it would have taken them to get the job done.
Based on the prices of things , and economy renovation is more expensive and consumes more than building a new structure.. you might price it estimate a particular price of things today , going back tomorrow the prices must have increased.

Same here, that's why it okay to buy everything ready.
Exactly, my uncle a who works in construction often says buying a new house is much better than building a new one, relatively renovating an old place is more cost , plus prices are always increasing and even when reduction happens it's not very significant
Very true.
I own a small home, no matter what size and price they all need TLC.
Inflation does tend to make certain projects less and less affordable. I did my own repairs and renovations, and there times I rather spend that time and energy with my children.
