Plitvice Lakes - A fairytale
We spent a snowy weekend at Plitvice Lakes, and it was unforgettable!
The fresh snowfall made the waterfalls even more stunning, with ice forming on the edges and water cascading down. Walking with the dogs was so much fun, but one of them got a bit too eager and almost dragged me into the lake! Luckily, I managed to catch my balance just in time. We finished the day with a peaceful boat ride, taking in the serene beauty of the frozen landscape.

The color of the water in the first shot is very cool.
In the 5th, 6th and 9th picture it looks like ice or is it ice?
It looks so smooth in those shots. If it's ice it's perfect for ice scating (when it's thick enough though).
How beautiful! We went to Croatia for HiveFest and we planned to drive to Plitvice, but the weather wasn't ideal, so we skipped it and now we have to go to Croatia again which is not too bad 😁 I didn't know that this place could get snow..
