Buyback Update

Hello everyone, we're back with a little update about our buyback offer.

Before placing our order, we calculated a flat price by dividing all EGOV by the funds in the @ehon account.
By placing the order, we filled some already existing buy orders.
Those orders had a significantly lower price as our buy back offer's price.

After some consideration and finding out it's only 4 accounts, we decided to reimburse those accounts.
We feel it's fair to send them the money they missed out on.
Furthermore, this also makes our balances even.

The accounts in question and their claims:

@abachon (sold 39999 for 0.05 Hive/EGOV)

@derppunk (sold 2.52 for 0.02 HIVE/EGOV)
'-> will get another 0.121 HIVE

@hotwing (sold 0.81547565 for 0.02 HIVE/EGOV)
'-> will get another 0.039 HIVE

@supportbase (sold 19998.8239174 for 0.02 HIVE/EGOV)
'-> will get another 959.944 HIVE
