The impact of our choices echo around us. We as humans continue to shape the planet in endless ways. The assumption that we are in charge has led us out of balance with our home and our environment. Our actions define our reality. If we wish for a beautiful future here, then we must create it.

Mindfulness. Daily decisions to support local organic growers, or multi national corporations that have no consideration for sustainability or the environment. Our dollar is the most powerful vote there is. Eating animal products that add to environmental issues or eating plant based. Simple things. Reusable bags. Don't be fooled by recycling. Most plastic will end up in the ocean or landfill for longer than I expect to live for. Cut it out before it needs recycling. Our choices create our future here. What future do we want. Work with the earth not against it. It is no war. It is co creation. No one will fix the planet for us, each of us is in charge of our part and global change will only happen when each one of us makes our own change. Start with ourselves. By healing self and tuning in, the vibration ripples out.
