RUJAK SALAK PLIEK
Rujak salak pliek is a traditional Aceh food that is sold on the roadside. This food is made from salak fruit, pliek and liquid red sugar.
This food is very good to be enjoyed every time. The rujak salak pliek is sold on the side of the road in the village of Geulanggang, Bireuen. Rujak salak pliek selling place building made from bamboo poles and given a tin roof without walls. This place is visited by people every day.
This food is sold for 5 thousand rupiah per pack. if we want spicy flavor, we can order rujak salak pliek with spicy chili is added.
The way to make rujak salak pliek is by mixing pliek, pieces of salak that have been seeded, and red sugar liquid. It tastes very good. Rujak salak pliek that has been wrapped can last all day and can be eaten without changing its taste.
