Early Morning Waning Moon

The dog and I were out early in the morning for his walk and the moon looked really great. It's amazing how the human eye can see such things more clearly. It does not look quite as brilliant in these pics.

This photo is from the next morning, from a slightly different location (about 2 blocks north), and a little later in the a.m. I tried to zoom in, and it got a bit blurry. :(

This was no zoom. You can see the moon peeking through the part in the trees. Was beautiful walking weather.
