The Token Fund - Thoughts?
Throughout the years I've invested in various funds on the stock exchange. This way I could build up my invested capital without much shortage of sleep. I myself am fairly new in the crypto market and for a newbie there is a lot of information to be taken in before investing. I recently came across a site from The Token Fund where you can invest in a scattered portfolio of different crypto coins. For the prudent investor, this sounds interesting, but still a few questions with this Token Fund.
With caution, I invested a small sum of ETH. Instead, I received a TKN coin on myelhterwallet. However, in order to exchange this TKN coin I have to apply through the The Token Fund site. You have to set up and send an email containing the amout of TKN you want to exchange and call on their good will. This token is not exchangable on any other platform. There is also a 5% entering fee and 5% exiting fee. Up until now they have made large gains in very little time but these fees seem very high especially in the crypto world which stands for low fees and fast transactions.
What are your thoughts on this Token Fund, this way of investing and are there any better alternatives out there?
