Handmade omelettes.

Hello Friends of the community today I leave you something that you fancy a lot.
Here are some photos of the famous and delicious tortillas made by hand, these tortillas are traditional here in the Yucatan peninsula, mostly made in the villages with the old tecbica called "Torteado" after this is placed on a hot Comal until the tortilla is inflated, it is worth mentioning that these tortillas are made with the corn that people harvest from their land and it is processed in the mills until it forms a dough with salt to taste.
This rich tortilla can perfectly accompany any dish and even only be eaten alone or with frijolito.
