Hi steemian
Today break fast idea boiled ripe plantain and fish sauce
Recipe
3 Ripe plantain (boiled)
2 Smoke fish
3 piece3Pepper
4 tomatoes
I bulb of Onions.
Cabbage
3 table spoon of olive oil
The meal will be taken with this glass of smoothie
Enjoy the meal.
