Introductory Post~Who I Am✨

Hello, friends!

My name is Emeline, and welcome to what is essentially going to be my glorified brain dump!

I hope to post anything varying from song covers, to photography, to travel posts! I’m so excited to begin my journey on Steemit, and I cannot wait to interact with all of you wonderful people! Now, considering this is an introduction post, I figure I should talk a little bit about myself. I’m not really sure how to exactly do that, though, so I suppose I will begin by listing some of the things that I love.

Music. Music has and always will be the love of my life. From classical piano to blues to rock-I love it all.

Piano. This is my happy place. I’ve played the piano since I was nine years old, and I’ve never grown tired of it! I am classically trained but have slowly learned to enjoy playing jazz improv. I may even post some videos of me playing on here:)

Singing. Always been my love. I love to perform and make music, whether it be as a solo or in a choir. I hope to continue to sing and perform my whole life:)

Musicals. This is a fairly new passion of mine, since the first real musical I did was last summer. We put on Hello, Dolly! and it absolutely inspired the performer in me.

Nature. This is where I go to calm down and collect myself. It brings perspective into my life that gives me such joy and peace:)

Flowers. Enough said:)

Fashion. And makeup:)

Traveling. I don’t get to do it often, but it is one of my favorite things to do.

There are definitely more things that I love, and I’m sure I’ll talk about them more in my future posts. But for now, I will go on to talk about a couple of the people (and animals😉) in my life:

My mom has been the most influential person in my life. A single mom who has battled (and beat) an eating disorder, depression, and anxiety, she has dealt with so much and I am so thankful for her love and support.

There are many things in this world that I love, and my best friend and boyfriend, Connor, is one of them. He is my heart and soul (cue music), and an absolutely amazing person all around.

My other loves include, but are not limited to, my four little devils. Fuschiam, Satchmo, Latte, and Will Bizzy (weird names... I know😂) They're wily, but bring me so much joy and fill my heart with love.

So in conclusion, I don't know if anybody will ever read this, or if it will help or entertain anyone, but it will help me. It will be a log of my thoughts and hopes and dreams and I am so excited to begin my journey on Steemit!:)
