No Login to Bilpcoin.com Hive Tribe???

Good Sunday Morning, Hope I found the right Tribe??? I am looking for who/what/when/why/where of www.bilpcoin.com? A Tribe Off Hive that doesn't accept Sign-Ins or at least maybe its just me? I would appreciate if you could let a Guy know why the login freezes....I posted about it couple days ago in my Blog, but haven't heard anything?
