Add Game to Lightning Browser when offline

Proposal
My proposal is to implement a game feature on the Lightning browser that comes up whenever internet connection is not available or offline. this game should be simple and light weight, with difficulty increasing as game play is on.

Here is an example of what the game may look like, the implementation could be different from the common dragon and trees game type shown below.

Benefits
The benefit of this feature is that since Bad/poor internet has always been unpleasant, having a game occupy user's time while waiting for connection to come back up can be very useful and entertaining.
