Dog Days 🥵

Holy sloppy Joey it's been hot these past couple weeks. Heat index has driven it up past 110 several times. Though, as busy a bee as I have been, it's hard to notice until you slow down and see the sweat drip to the ground from the tip of your nose.

There is school and dance and dance team and band and football games with a few of those intertwined. Not to mention the variety shows that have been popping up more frequently like birthdays and weddings and anniversaries and holidays.

So on this walk with the doggies, I took a little breath. Been having to do that more. Reflect and live in the now. It's a good way to REMEMBER TO BE YOU! I always am, because I am.
