Good day Steemians! I will be sharing with you a photo of a famous landmark in Cebu. This is known to all Cebuanos especially those living in the city.

This is the 1st Mandaue-Mactan Bridge. Built over 4 decades now, this historic bridge have done significant effect on Cebu's fast growing economy.

Since its inaguration, manufacturing plants and production facilities started to be apparent all over the city. Hotels, malls, commercial establishments began to rise. Cebu's business and tourism industry zoomed to its peak.

Now, Cebu has been named one of the tourist destinations in the Philippines. And the construction of the first bridge was one of the reasons for this progress.
