Daily Voice: Raising My Standards

Standards are the minimum we will tolerate. I've decided to raise mine. Which means I've decided that what I have tolerated in the past is not what I will tolerate from this point going forward.
It's sometime different, new, and slightly uncomfortable. Why? Because that means I cannot go back to the old standards. I must now hold myself accountable to this new standard.
The mindset work never ceases and I know at some point (hopefully soon) I will elevate my standards even further. That's all part of the growth cycle I am experiencing at this stage of life. One thing's for sure, life is never boring.
