Hello fellow steemians, thought I’d share with you guys something that I came across while giving a mental health seminar with the Befrienders, something all of us lack oftentimes with our friends and especially family.

We all have different opinions, thoughts and different ways of expressing ourselves but I’m fortunate enough to have my better half, my sisters and my group of friends who are like family to me, our tolerance and understanding for each other is on another level; it certainly isn’t something that an average person can fathom. 😂

Give it a go, try this out the next time you’re out with friends or if you’re just simply staying-in with the family. Who knows, you might find it a little easier to communicate.
