Thermomix magic!

I may be the master of culinary in my household; but my wife is the misteress of desserts!
Now with her new toy the Termomix, she is now enjoying making all kinds of desserts including this really yummy altar offering for the 8th night Chinese New Year celebration to the Unseen God

This dish usually is very sweet, high in sugar, but since me and the family decided to reduce the sweetness to battle diabetes, this has more natural flavour and just this plate can be a meal for the whole family for days. We will just keep them in the fridge.
